Multinational organization dedicated exclusively to the chemical sector and presented on the five continents in more than 90 countries offers a 6 month Interim contract, after wich the professional will join the company with a Permanent contract* Coordinate the regular HR processes for Iberia for the HR Head Iberia and support him in managing some of them.
* Act as a regional interface to the country HR peers by providing high quality guidance and support in implementing project solutions and in running processes.
* Act as a Business Partner for some Iberia cross country functions and businesses.
* Be the key contact point to HR for the relevant leaders under their responsibility, providing strategic HR partnering and counsel; understand business objectives and strategies and its people implications.
* Challenge and coach the leader to identify and develop talent across the business, reward and differentiate among employees, identify processes and HR improvement areas/policies, support recruitment processes, and develop and implement the annual training plan.
* Provide the HR the Country HR Organizations a catalytic and change management capability to enable leadership team development, transformation projects and to foster Group's unique culture.
* Act as a partner to deliver the best People Strategy for their business, assuring they understand business needs and implications.
* Ensure the Group's people principles, policies and procedure are adequately applied, understood and complied with in harmonic way by all business and functions.
* Manage critical stakeholder relationships and champion the importance of people strategy and HR function.
* Take responsibility for leading cross-business, cross-country projects in line with regional and/global initiatives and direction.
* Coach project team members to be able to understand their project role to deliver as planned.
* Lead the HR Project Management Office for Iberia

Horario:
- Degree and min. 4-5 years experience as HR generalist.
- Fluency in English required.
- Strong understanding of HR processes in an internationsl context an state of the art HR management.
- People and Business management witin a complex, matrix organization and across different functions and ability to manage diversity.
- Organizational or process change management.
- Consultancy backround (Accenture, Deloitte, etc)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in working independently and to high level of accuracy
- Networking and relationship building skills, strong stakeholders management attitude.
