Business Intelligence Software CompanyTo drive and own revenue in conjunction with system integrators in the Iberian Market and be responsible for the maintenance and development of sales and supporting these partners in aggressively growing their revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
* Be prime partner contact throughout the account planning, enablement, marketing, selling and recovery process through revenue based activities and best practices.
* Visit system integrators to promote confidence and goodwill, discusses and resolve mutual problems, generates system integrators interest in obtaining more business around our company.
* Build the mutual business plan and go to market strategy and align this business plan with the company strategy and with the Account Managers annual sales plans.
* Provide guidance, field support, coordinate Partners sales and deployment operations.
* Coordinate Partner training (sales, presales and technical)
* Work with the marketing team to set up trade show events, workshops, seminars and other marketing events.
* Coordinate action plans with other Systems IntegrationI Managers min other Regions for global partners.
* Review business portfolio with the account managers periodically.
* Extensive travel is required.
* Special projects as assigned.

Experience & Qualifications:
* Bachelor equivalent mandatory, master equivalent preferable and MBA advantageous.
* Business level English and Spanish mandatory. Other relevant languages would be an advantage.
* You have 12 years + of successful partner alliances development, working through the Iberia markets with accomplished partners is a must. You also, ideally, have experience acquired in account management, direct and indirect selling into mid to large size companies.
* A strong background within the Business Intelligence sector is highly desired, along with experience & network among integrators which would be an advantage.
* 30% of travel time required.
